Hey Darius, two quick questions:
– Do you know if there is any ETA for 1.2 ? Also
– Also, it is possible to add both patches to an EGIT 1.1 version or do I have to wait? The stage hunk\line part for me is essential and having that ability is one of the reasons I’m still not fully on EGIT, but using EGIT + GIT Gui

@pocek not really, I'm not a huge fan of automouning devices; another thing is that I'm a gentoo user and don't have udisk installed.

If your system runs udisks (and most likely it does), you could also use a tool called udisks-glue[1] (or similar) which can do the mount and trigger any user specified action without messing with udev rules at all. Everything would be run from the user session, where X environment is already set up, so that’s another plus.

Dokładnie, teraz też to wiem Wcześniej z jakiś powodów nie było to możliwe lub też nie wydawało się mi takie proste. Nie mniej sposoby “na około” pozwalają się nauczyć więcej niż w przypadku kiedy rozwiązujemy problem w najprostszy możliwy sposób

Dopiero się uczę Gerrita, ale wydaje mi się, że innym sposobem na rozwiązanie Twojego problemu jest pobranie change-id przypisanego do naszego review przez interfejs webowy gerrita i doklejenie go na końcu komentarza “amendowanego” commita . Gerrit powinien wówczas utworzyć nowy patch-set w ramach tej samej zmiany.

@Carsten Working with Gerrit is little bit tricky. You (and yours team) need to find theirs own patch-size, because if you post very small patches that connects into huge change-set-chain you'll end up with rebase/cherry-pick hell. On the other hand working with huge patches review process can take ages ...
